Event Description
Participants must operate a manually controlled robot, either wired or wireless,
to navigate a track filled with obstacles and sharp turns in the shortest possible time.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- The competition is open to all participants (individuals or team).
- Each team can have a maximum of 2-3 members.
- Only one robot per team is allowed.
- Participants must report 30 minutes before the event starts.
- Any team not ready at the time of their match will be disqualified.
- No exchange of bots and controllers are allowed.
- Participants should keep spare batteries, otherwise it may lead to
disqualification if bot is not ready or stops in between the race.
- 5-second penalty for touching the boundary line.
- 10-second penalty for manually touching the robot during the race.
- Disqualification if the team violates any safety rules.
- The team that completes the track with least time wins.
- In case of a tie, a rematch will be held.
- If a robot gets stuck for more than 15 seconds, it must restart from
the last checkpoint.
- The judges decision is final and binding.
Robot Specifications
- The maximum weight allowed is 5kg.
- The robot can be wired or wireless. If wired, the wire length should be at least 3 meters.
- The robot must be powered by onboard batteries (maximum 12V allowed).
- The robot must not contain hazardous, fire-causing, or explosive materials.
Race Track Rules
- The track will have turns, inclines, speed breakers, and obstacles.
- The robot must stay within the track boundaries; moving out results in penalties.
- The race will be time-based – the fastest robot to complete the track wins.
- There will be checkpoint zones where the robot must cross properly.
