Event Details

Judging a paper presentation encompasses evaluating the essence of content, the artistry of organization, the visual allure, the charisma of delivery, and the finesse in handling queries. Originality, relevance, structural clarity, captivating delivery, and visually striking support materials are pivotal aspects in the assessment.

Rules

  • Participants should bring a PPT in a pen drive and carry their laptops. Furthermore, attendees are expected to carry themselves in a decent attire with ID cards.
  • The allotted time for the presentation is 6-minutes, followed by a 2-minute session for queries.
  • The maximum number of authors is 2-3
  • Papers must adhere to the prestigious IEEE format.
  • Abstracts should be succinct, with a maximum of 250 words.
  • Soft copies of submissions must be in ".doc" format.
  • Kindly bring two hard copies of the papers on the day of presentation.

  • The topic should be covered in sufficient detail, showing a deep understanding.
  • The content should be original and offer new insights or perspectives.
  • The decisions made by the esteemed judges will be deemed final.
