Event Description

The competition consists of structured 2–rounds, testing your skill in coding as well as development.

ROUNDS

Round 1: Quiz (Duration: 1 Hour)

• Format: MCQs and problem-solving questions
• Participants: Only 2 members from each team can participate.
• Scoring: Teams with the highest scores will advance to the second round.
• Elimination: Only the top 50% of teams will proceed to Round 2.
• After Round 1: The selected teams will receive their problem statement.

Round 2: Designing & Project Building (Duration: 4 Hours)

• Participants: The entire team (1-4 members) can participate.
• Problem Statement: Given after Round 1 to all qualifying teams
• Tasks:
• 1. Understanding the Problem Statement–Brainstorming and planning.
• 2. UI/UX Design – Creating wireframees or prototypes.
• 3. Solution Strategy–Defining the approach and feasibility.
• 4. Project Implementation–Developing a working prototype or MVP (Minimum Viable Product).
• • Submission: Teams must submit a brief presentation/demo explaining their solution.
• 1. Understanding the Problem Statement–Brainstorming and planning.
• After Round 1: The selected teams will receive their problem statement.

• 2. UI/UX Design – Visual appeal and usability.
• 3. Technical Implementation – Code quality, feasibility, and functionality.
• Presentation & Problem Solving – How well the team explains their solution.

Rules & Guidelines

• Eligibility: Participants must register before the event. Teams can have 1-4 members.
• Time Limit: The hackathon will run for 5 hours, divided into two rounds.
• Judging Criteria: Evaluation will be based on accuracy, creativity, feasibility,and implementation.
• Fair Play: Participants must follow ethical guidelines—no plagiarism or external help.
• Use of Tools & Resources: Open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks are allowed, but AI-generated code must be acknowledged.
