RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PHOTOGRAPHY

• Editing: Basic edits allowed (no AI or heavy manipulation).
• Format: JPEG/PNG
• Name file as: YourName_College.jpg
• Judging: Based on creativity, theme relevance, composition & impact.
• Submission: Submit a hardcopy of the photo on photo paper to the event coordinator. Also submit a softcopy via WhatsApp to the event coordinator.
• Plagiarism: Disqualification.
• Judge’s decision will be final.
• Team size – Solo.

• Team size – min-1 and max-4.
• Theme: Moments of VENCER (Capture the fest’s vibe, events, fun, or emotions).
• Duration: Maximum length of the video should be under 30 seconds.
• Format: MP4/MOV | Name file as: YourName_College.mp4
• Judging: Based on theme relevance and editing skills.
• Submission: Submit the video via WhatsApp to the event coordinator.
• Plagiarism: Disqualification.
• Judges’ decision will be final.
